Update: 4/21/2010 — Draft complete, now I’m in the editing phase. Still working out kinks with the editor, and then it will be on to line editing. I’m working on getting it ready for a May release, just in time for summer if all goes smoothly.

Update: 9/27/09 — Started over again, but all for the best. Lost some of that Xanatos charm through a murky bit of writing. Still intending a 2009 release, but will be putting out an exclusive prologue for free through Facebook in time to kick of a Halloween 666 special on the price. Lots of things swirling in my head, but definitely feeling it starting to flow.

And I am forcing Chris to do some artwork for the site. Hopefully by the end of next weekend I’ll post some rough sketches. So keep checking.

Update: 9/5/09 — Very slow summer, I didn’t get  as much done as I wanted. The first half is roughly done, though I peeked at the first chapter and was appalled. Too much information, not enough action.

I’ll be making more posts/tweets/updates through the FaceBook page, so that will be the most up to date information.

Please send me an email with any questions, general encouragements, or to let me know how much you really want the next book. I’m hard at work, and I’d really like to see it in Ebook by Christmas at least. I’m working some publisher/screenplay options as well, so it might not get to paperback right away.

Update: 4/14/09 — I have just finished the first draft on chapters one through five. It took me a little while to find the right direction, but they feel pretty good. I want to post some things, but I want to make sure they’re fit to be seen. Due to some difficulties with the artwork, I won’t have anything to post before summer. I apologize for that, but Chris and Alex have been very backed up with school and won’t have an opportunity to make some final versions of their artwork until then. I have tried to persuade them to put up some sketches, but with no luck.

I expect to be on track with at least an eBook release this fall. I’m also searching for a publisher as well as the self-publishing process is very trying.
